Updates on the Game and Kipling

Bulpett reports Perkins and Jefferson are slated to play:
Both went through shootaround, as did Delonte West (sprained left big toe). West is still a game-time decision, according to Doc Rivers. Jefferson is supposedly uncertain, as well, but he gave a rousing “Hell, yeah’’ this morning when asked if he’d be working this evening.
